In an order last week, Judge Schofield announced that Nike and photographer Richard Noble had settled the suit brought by the photographer over the allegedly infringing use of his iconic photograph of Bo Jackson for the “Bo Knows” advertising campaign.  Judge Schofield ordered the dismissal of the case last Thursday.  We had previously covered the case here.
