Earlier this week, Judge McMahon endorsed an unopposed motion allowing an extension of time relating to a pending preliminary injunction motion.  (We covered the underlying case here.)  Her written endorsement does not bode well for the motion:

I am happy to grant the motion. You should know however, that belated injunction motions and leisurely briefing schedules do not suggest to me the urgency required for a preliminary injunctive relief. But you have agreed to this — and now I will not shorten the time table you have set.
