Expect a busy courthouse tomorrow:  Recently captured Sulaiman Abu Ghaith, Osama bin Laden’s son-in-law and a former Al Qaeda spokesman, will appear before Judge Kaplan at 10 a.m., according to the Court’s public information officer.
