Today, Citi and the FHFA filed a stipulation of voluntary dismissal, indicating they have settled.  The case is one of 16 against major banks brought by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (or, “FHFA”), the conservator to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.  Citi is the first bank to settle.
