Bankruptcy Judge, Cleary Partner Nominated to SDNY Bench

The White House’s latest judicial nominations, announced today here, include two nominations to the SDNY bench: SDNY Bankruptcy Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil and Cleary Gottlieb partner Lewis Liman.
